Returns and refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.
